Food exploring

Enjoyed some jambalaya pasta the other night. Very tasty! Shrimp, crawfish and andouille sausage over perfectly cooked pasta. The twist- a touch of creaminess added to the traditional sauce. Where of all places did I enjoy this meal? Yardhouse (chino hills, ca) of all places. I wasn’t expecting much and was pleasantly surprised at the freshness and flavor.
